The Cornwall Council, a Unitary Authority, was created in 2009 as a result of a reorganisation of local government through undemocratic decision making by the Liberal Democrat controlled Cornwall County Council and the then Labour controlled UK Government a Westminster.
The economy of the Authority is controlled by a system its people have little say in.
